Purpose

In this article, Allbound Admins will learn the different types of content organization and structure.

Categories of Content

By default, at Allbound you have three main categories of content to manage. Training and Pre Sales in the form of Learning Tracks, Playbooks which are digital binders to organise your content as well as Customer Success which acts as an additional content repository which can be customised to best fit your needs. These sections are designed to align with your partners journey according to their training needs, sales and marketing activities, post-sales support and customer marketing:
