Purpose

This article provides the steps to Allbound Administrator users for how to manage existing Partner Journey Automation workflows in the portal.

Introduction

Partner Journey Automation (PJA) is a reactive automation engine that smoothly onboards and educates new partners into the Allbound platform. Simple-to-use and powered by triggers and actions, PJA makes collaboration... Allbound easy. The PJA table shows all of your workflows, whether active or inactive. With this table, you may easily edit, delete, or duplicate a specific workflow.

Where to Find the PJA Table

*Note: only Allbound Administrator users with the System Settings permission enabled can edit and/or delete existing PJA workflows

1. Login to the Allbound platform

2. Click on the Settings Gear icon in the top toolbar and then click "Partner Journey Automation"

Outlining the PJA Table

Within the main PJA screen, Allbound Administrator users will see all current workflows regardless of who created them or who last updated them. Any Allbound Administrator user can access, view, and edit workflows with this table. Use the searchbar to search for workflows by name, or narrow down the search results using the "Filters" button.

  • "Success Rate" - the percentage of time a workflow was triggered correctly and the action deployed successfully
  • "Last Updated" - displays the date the workflow was last updated
  • "Date Created" - displays the date the workflow was created

C. "Run Workflows" button: click this button to run all of your active workflows at one time

D. "Create Workflow" button: click this button to create a brand-new PJA workflow

E. "Filters" button: click this button to filter this table's results. The available filters are:

  • Status

F. 3-Dot Menu: click this button to expand editing functionalities for a specific workflow. Available functions:

  • Edit - this will allow you to edit a specific workflow's triggers and actions
  • Duplicate - this will create a copy of a specific existing workflow. By default, the workflow copy you create will be inactive
  • Delete - this will delete the specific workflow entirely. *Note: be mindful of deleting PJA workflows as this action cannot be undone

The PJA Workflow Activity Log

When you create and/or edit a PJA workflow, you can view its Activity Log by clicking on the arrow icon the left hand side to expand the Activity Section. This Log shows the date when the workflow was created and any dates the workflow was edited. Also, when this workflow is activated, this Log will show date and time-stamps of when an Action was sent.

*Note: currently, this panel will only show 15 activity logs at one time. Allbound Administrator user’s edits will ALWAYS show
