Restrict User Admins from Switching To System Admins

An update was made to restrict User Admins from using the Switch To function to impersonate System Admins and gain additional permissions they would normally not have. Now, User Admins will no longer see the Switch To function available on System Admin user records.

However, User Admins will still see the Switch To function available on all other users, including User Admins and Content Admins.

UX Updates on Settings Dropdown

The Settings Dropdown has been updated to improve the usability of the menu. You will now find three sections displayed, depending on the level of access granted to the user viewing the menu.

  1. Manage - This section contains links to modules or sections requiring frequent updates, such as Dashboard Settings, Partner Plan, Partner Journey Automation, Channel Insights, and more.
  2. Users - This section contains links to manage users, companies, and groups.
  3. Configure - This section contains links to modules that are required for the initial setup of the partner portal and are less frequently used.
