Purpose
In this article, Allbound Administrator users will learn how to designate users in the Allbound portal as MDF (marketing development funds) Approvers. These approvers will have the ability to move the MDF submission through the various stages (Under Review, Denied, Returned, Approved, etc.) *Note: MDF approvers in the portal should be reserved for your company's users only; Allbound Administrator users
How to Create an MDF Approver
1. Login to the Allbound platform
2. Click on the Settings Gear icon in the top toolbar and then click "Users"
3. From the Users table, use the searchbar to find your specific user
4. Click on the user's blue username (first and last name)
5. Within the "User Details" tab, scroll down to the "Permissions" section and then toggle on "MDF Approver" by clicking the checkbox
6. Click the "Save" button in the upper right to save your changes
MDF Visibility
The MDF tab within the dashboard's left-hand navigation panel is only visible to Allbound Administrator users, users who can request MDF, and users who are MDF Approvers in the portal. All of these users will also have visibility to all of the MDF submissions.
