Advanced User Management
Advanced User Management has been enabled for all Allbound portals. Now, when User Admins or System Admins navigate to Allbound Settings, they will see a Users (beta) option displayed below the Users option.
Users will have both the old Users and new Advanced User Management options available until the end of December when the old Users option will be removed and the Users option will point directly to Advanced User Management.
Advanced User Management Features
Advanced User Management offers parity functionality with old user management and adds new features to streamline and save time managing users.
- New, modern UI for a consistent user experience across the application
- Customize columns including the ability to add Company fields
- Filter and sort the Users table
- Export users to a CSV file for import into a Marketing Automation System
- New underlying technology that allows for improved performance when loading large data
- Previously, loading a user's page (via old User management) took ~ 7 seconds
- Now, it takes 2 seconds
- That's a 70% increase in performance!
- View and filter users' Last Login Date for auditing and follow-up on partner engagement
- View and filter users' Admin Permissions for auditing of administrators
- Perform bulk actions: Reset Password, Activate, Deactivate
Partners Self-Service Manage Users
Now, a new setting will allow you the ability to grant permission to Partner Executives and Managers to manage their own users.
To grant Partners the ability to manage their own users:
- Navigate to Advanced User Management and click Roles and Permissions in the left hand nav
- To allow Partner Executives to manage users, check the Permissions checkbox under Executive
- To allow Partner Managers to manage users, check the Permissions checkbox under Manager

Partner Plan
Export Partner Plans
The Export function is now available on the Partner Plans table. Users can export all partner plans or just selected partner plans.
Action Details Added to Manual Checklist Items
Partner plans may contain checklist items that may be manually marked complete by System Admins and Partner Executives/Managers.
Now, when a user manually marks a checklist item complete or incomplete, the action taken, user's name, and the date of the action are displayed below the checklist item.
Integration Manager Logs
System Admins will now see a new, modern UI for Integration Manager logs. The new data table design includes the following standard functions for tables:
- Search logs across all columns using wildcard search
- Filter logs by Date Created, Connection, or Status
- Customize Columns to show/hide only those columns you want to include
- Export logs to a CSV file for further analysis and resolution
Additional Enhancements
Partner Journey Automation
Previously, when you created a PJA workflow for User has Created/Updated MDF Request and selected Send Email action, Action User was not available for selection in the email To/cc/bcc fields.
Now, you can send emails to the Action User that Created/Updated the MDF Request via any of the email recipient fields.
Gamification
Previously, gamification points redemption was available to all users in the system. Now, System Admins can block users from redeeming points.
To block users from redeeming points:
- Create a dynamic or static group
- Add the users you want to exclude from redeeming points to the group
- Navigate to Account Settings → General
- In the Redeem Points section, add the group created in step 1 to the Excluded Groups field
- Save
