Purpose
This article outlines the components of your Allbound Minimal Dashboard. The Minimal Dashboard is visible for everyone; your company's users and all of your partner company's users.
Introduction
Your Allbound Dashboard should seamlessly and strategically guide your partners through the portal. Upload and create attention-grabbing Hero Images, Quick Links, Call to Action Buttons and Calendar Events for your partners so they may daily interact with your portal.
Dashboard Overview
A. Left-Hand Navigation Panel: Navigate to your portal's pages (Ex. Pipeline, Content & Resources, Prospect Pages, etc.)
B. Your company's logo: For branding purposes, upload your company's logo for your partners' visibility
C. Search bar: Search for your content within the portal
D. Your partner's logo: For branding purposes, your partner(s) can upload their company logo
E. Communities: Connect and collaborate with your colleagues within your company
F. Alerts/Notifications: Send a mass notification to all of your partner users within the portal
G. Settings Gear: As an administrator user in Allbound, click this icon to view and open the drop-down Settings menu
H. Your user profile photo and name: Upload your profile photo to customize your platform experience
I. Hero Image(s:) Customize your partners' portal experience by uploading unique and attention-grabbing images
J. Quick Links: "Bookmark" important links for your partners. These links can be internal or external to Allbound
K. "View My Channel Manager" Button: Via your integrated CRM, click this button to view your designated Channel Manager's name and contact information
L. Call to Action Buttons: Similar to Quick Links, "bookmark" important information for your partners (Ex. "Register a Deal," "Welcome to Our Partner Portal")
M. Calendar Events: Showcase your company's upcoming events
N. Pinned Content: "Save" a piece of content to reference later. Pin it to your Dashboard for easy access
O. Popular Content: The portal populates this information when a piece of content accrues measurable actions from multiple users in the portal (Ex. pin, like, shared, etc.)
P. New Content: The portal populates this information when a piece of content is flagged as "New" in the portal
*Note: if toggled on, one more content widget "Recently Viewed Content" can be seen next to letters O and P. Learn more about Dashboard Widgets
