Frequently Asked Questions
Q. As Allbound Administrator users, can we generate reports based on who clicked on dashboard components? Example: see who has clicked on a Hero Image?
A. At this time, the Allbound platform does not track who has clicked on dashboard components
Q. How can I troubleshoot any blurry/low quality Hero Images?
A. The best practice for imagery is to keep everything saved as a .png file type with 72 DPI or higher. With carousel Hero Images it can be challenging as this type of feature (not limited to Allbound) is a widely known issue for scaling imagery to less desired results. For example, if you had an image that was saved at a larger dimension the carousel would reduce that into a ratio size to try and fit the image better, however, the additional trouble with this is that users can have different resolution sizes, screen sizes, or displays that can be altered by changing the default system settings of the operating system to render elements larger than intended, this type of auto scaling is where the blurriness comes from
Q. For Hero Images, can we upload a video instead of a static image?
A. At this time, a Hero Image has to be a static image; a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png. The best practice is to add a call to action button to the Hero Image that links out to a video
