Best Practices/Tips

  • In order to entice all Allbound users to utilize the Prospect Pages feature, follow this best practice:
    • We have customers change the name of the Prospect Pages category in the left-hand navigation to a more appropriate nomenclature. Please open a support ticket to start this project
  • To better build out informative Prospect Pages, follow this best practice:
    • We recommend our customers to pre-build and categorize Playbooks that can easily be added to Prospect Pages, (Ex. Playbook 1: for technical prospects, Playbook 2: for sales prospects, etc.) *Note: Playbooks are not shared with the prospect in their Allbound folder format, instead, the content is displayed piece-by-piece within the Prospect Page(s)
  • To ensure prospects will be able to view any attached Allbound content, follow these best practices:
    • Every individual piece of content included in Prospect Pages must be marked as "sharable;" otherwise, the prospect will not be allowed to view or download it. Learn How to Share Pieces of Content
    • When a Playbook has a mix of sharable and non-sharable content, only the sharable content will be visible to a prospect. A benefit of this is that you have the autonomy to set visibility on the types of materials that will be deemed as customer-facing, thus maintaining a level of control pertaining to the sales cycle
