Advanced User Management
MDF Approver and Commissions Approver Permissions Have Moved
In an effort to streamline user permissions, we have moved the MDF Approvers and Commissions Approvers to the new User Management section. Now, both permissions have been moved to Advanced User Management and added to the consolidated list of Admin Permissions available to users.
To grant a user MDF Approver or Commission Approver permission, navigate to the user's record, then:
- Select User Type =Administrator
- Check the appropriate Permission:
- MDF Approver - grants the user the ability to view and edit all MDF Requests
- Commissions Approver - grants the user the ability to view, edit, and approve all commissions
- Click Save
To filter the Users table to see only those users with the MDF Approver or Commissions Approver admin permission:
- On the Manage Users page, click Filters to open the Filters drawer
- Click Select Filters to display the Filters dropdown
- Check the Admin Permissions field to add the field to the Filters drawer
- Select the permissions you want to filter on
- Click Apply
- The table will be refreshed with the Admin Permissions filter applied
Note: All System admins will be automatically granted the MDF Approver and Commissions Approver admin permission.

Markdown Editing Available for all Descriptions
The Partner Plan module now offers a markdown editor on all Partner Plan description fields giving admins added control over the styling and appearance of description fields.

Additional Enhancements
Learning Tracks - Track Video Completion
Videos attached to content will now track the user's progress. When a partner views a video, it will conveniently keep track of where they left off so they can pick up where they left off when they return.
With the new video progress tracking, assets in a Learning Track will now only be marked completed once the viewer has watched at least 90% of the video. Previously assets were marked as "Complete" as soon as the partner started the video and didn't accurately reflect the partner's progress.
The following videos support tracking video completion:
- Youtube videos
- Vimeo videos
- Videos uploaded to Allbound
