Purpose
This article instructs Allbound Administrator users how to access our Allbound University directly from your portal.
Introduction
Congratulations on completing your Allbound implementation process! You are now officially an #AllboundAllstar. Not only do we equip you with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) and a full Support team, we also grant you access to our Allbound University. We use our own software platform design to provide you with helpful guides, videos, and news all about Allbound and its features for self-guided assistance/troubleshooting. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, please Open a Ticket and we will help.
How to Access Allbound University (If You Have Visited Before)
1. Login to the Allbound platform
2. Click on your circular profile image within the top toolbar and then click on "Allbound University"
3. Type out your Allbound University email and password and then click on the "Log In" button
How to Access Allbound University (For the First Time)
1. Login to the Allbound platform
2. Click on your circular profile image within the top toolbar and then click on "Allbound University"
3. From the login screen, click on "Request an Account"
4. Follow the instructions from the email prompts to create an Allbound University account and password
5. Return to Allbound University's landing page and then login with your newly made email and password
