Purpose
Sandboxes can be valuable tools for testing new ideas for your partner portal. The purpose of this article is to show you how to access your sandbox instance.
Pre-Requisites
Before using your sandbox, there are a few steps that need to be done. Please submit a support ticket to have your sandbox spun up for your instance. They will need to spin it up on the backend server, link it to your production environment and then do a new refresh, which will replicate your current production environment.
Accessing Sandbox
To access your sandbox...
- Go to https://sb-yourdomain.allbound.com (.eu for EU instances)
- To log in, use the same user login credentials as you would for production, except add a ".sb" to the end of your email address. For example, if your email address is yourname@allbound.com, your sandbox email would be yourname@allbound.com.sb
There is a way to access this information through your portal also.
- Login to your Allbound production environment
- Go to Allbound Settings > System Utilities > Sandbox
From there you will see your sandbox URL as well as a reminder to add the ".sb" to your email address.
