Purpose
This article outlines the components of your Allbound Classic Dashboard. The Classic Dashboard is visible for everyone; your company's users and all of your partner company's users.
Introduction
Your Allbound Dashboard should seamlessly and strategically guide your partners through the portal. Upload and create attention-grabbing Hero Images, Call to Action Buttons, and Calendar Events for your partners so they may interact daily with your portal.
*Note: For optimal user experience, we recommend using the Minimal dashboard rather than the Classic dashboard. The Classic dashboard is not current and Allbound anticipates sun-setting the Classic dashboard in the future. Allbound's current and future product releases benefit the Minimal dashboard layout.
A. Left-Hand Navigation Panel: navigate to your portal's pages (Ex. Pipeline, Content & Resources, Prospect Pages, etc.)
B. Your company's logo: for branding purposes, upload your company's logo for your partners' visibility
C. Search bar: search for your content within the portal
D. Dashboard Statistics: see how many active Prospect Pages, Registered Deals, Completed Learning Tracks, and Social Shares you have for your profile
E. Your partner's logo: for branding purposes, your partner(s) can upload their company logo
F. Communities: connect and collaborate with your colleagues within your company
G. Alerts/Notifications: send a mass notification to all of your partner users within the portal
H. Settings Gear: as an Administrator user in Allbound, click this icon to view and open the drop-down Settings menu
I. Your user profile photo and name: upload your profile photo to customize your platform experience
J. Slider Image(s:) customize your partners' portal experience by uploading unique and attention-grabbing images
K. Call to Action Buttons: use these buttons to "bookmark" important information for your partners (Ex. "Register a Deal," "Welcome to Our Partner Portal")
L. "My Channel Managers" Section: via your integrated CRM, view your designated Channel Manager's name and contact information
M. New and Popular Content Section: the portal populates the "popular" content when a piece of content accrues measurable actions from multiple users in the portal (Ex. pin, like, shared, etc.) The portal populates the "new" content when a piece of content is flagged as "New" in the portal
N. Calendar Events: showcase your company's upcoming events
O. Pinned Content: "save" a piece of content to reference later. Pin it to your Dashboard for easy access
