How To Disable Ad Blocker

Purpose

When exporting a report it is possible that an Ad Blocker could restrict the ability to download the files. By disabling your Ad Blocker you should now be able to acquire the desired file. This article will explain how to disable your Ad Blocker on 4 different major browsers.

Disable Ad Blocker for Chrome:

1. At the top right, click More   Settings.
2. Click Privacy and security  Site Settings.
3. Click Additional content settings  Ads.
4. Turn off Block ads on sites that show intrusive or misleading ads.

Disable Ad Blocker for Firefox:

1. Open the Firefox browser.
2. Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click “Settings” then click “Extensions and themes.”
4. Under “Manage your extensions” toggle any ad-blocking extensions to the off position.

Disable Ad Blocker for Microsoft Edge:

Choose one of these methods:

• 1. Right-click the extension icon next to the address bar.
  2. Select Remove from Microsoft Edge > Remove.
• 1. Select Settings and more  > Extensions.
  2. Select Remove under the extension you want to remove.
  3. Select Remove again to confirm.

Disable Ad Blocker for Safari:

1. Click on Safari in the menu bar and choose Preferences.
2. Click on the Extensions button in the Preferences window.
3. In the list of extensions, navigate to your ad-blocking extension and toggle the On button to Off.
