Purpose

This article will teach you how to share a Certification badge on LinkedIn as an Allbound Administrator user and as a partner user.

Introduction

These instructions are applicable for all Allbound portal users regardless of user role. Users can only share their own earned Certification badges to LinkedIn; an Allbound Administrator user cannot share a badge on behalf of another portal user.

Allbound Administrator users must add their company's LinkedIn ID number to the General Account settings of the portal for users to share their Certification badges on LinkedIn.

How to Add Your LinkedIn Organization ID to Your Allbound Portal

To ensure that the issuing organization is displayed correctly on shared certifications on LinkedIn, please follow these steps to update your LinkedIn organization ID in the General Settings:

1. Click on the Settings Gear icon within the top toolbar

2. Click on "Account Settings"

3. Navigate to the "General" tab and the "Configurations" box

4. Add your LinkedIn ID to the "LinkedIn Organization ID" field

5. Click on the "Save" button in the upper right to save your changes

After completing these steps, any certificates shared on LinkedIn will automatically display the vendor organization as the issuing organization by default. If you do not add your LinkedIn ID, the certificate will display as being issued by Allbound.
