Purpose
This article will review partner incentives and Allbound payments center powered by XTRM. Allbound Administrator users will learn how "wallets" are used to send and receive payments to partners on their earned incentives.
Payment Center Made Possible With XTRM
Allbound has partnered with XTRM for payment processing. This partnership allows you to send accumulated incentives to your partner(s) directly through the Allbound system. To use the payment processing center with Allbound, you and your partners will need to setup accounts with XTRM. XTRM will handle tax reporting for payments and will generate an end of year (EOY) applicable tax form for based off of the information gathered during account setup.
XTRM accounts are setup through Allbound - no need for liaison or to contact XTRM directly.
A partner admin is assigned to be the one to create their XTRM account and link a bank account for withdrawal.
Getting Started With Payment Managers / Access Control
To get started, you will need to go to Allbound Settings (Gear Icon in the top right of the portal) > Revenue Settings > Payments > Access Control. There you will click "+ Payments Manager". The first payments manager will need to be an admin from the vendor company. You can add as many payment managers as you need in this section.
The Payments Center can be found in the left Navigation Menu, only by the assigned Payment Managers.
Getting Started With XTRM
When a Payments Manager is logged into Allbound, they will go to the left-side navigation menu and select the Payments section. It is highly recommended to read the terms and conditions before registering with XTRM. Once you select and agree to the terms and conditions, you will select "Register My Company".
Wallets
Vendors can have multiple wallets for different applications - different currencies for different regions, different wallets for same currency but funded for different budgets. You can have as many or as few wallets as you need.
Wallets are all free for vendors to set up, partner companies will receive funds to a default wallet that is set up when they initially receive funds.
Wallets are per partner company, or vendor company. A common request is individual payments which we'll be working on later this year for payments by vendor to the partner rep for things like user spiffs.
Make a Payment
After selecting the desired incentives on the incentives table, you’ll be able to payout your commissions/incentives by selecting “Make Payment” in the “Actions” dropdown. Allbound will then connect to XTRM, and this will give you a summary of all of the incentives that you intend to paying out (if you decide to do so in bulk). It'll show the amount that's going to be sent to each partner, and then the fee that's associated the transfer. The partners would receive the funds into their “wallet”, which is where they can withdraw funds to their linked bank account to receive these funds directly from the Allbound Partner Portal.
