Purpose
This article will explain YouTube's video privacy settings for sharing videos on the Allbound platform.

Introduction
When sharing YouTube videos on the Allbound platform you might encounter a scenario where you see a notification that "An error occurred. Please try again later." when attempting to view the video. An error with the video being unable to playback is usually caused by a video being marked as private or the wrong URL was shared when content was saved on Allbound.
Video Playback Error
The screenshot below shows an example of a video having a playback error when viewed from Allbound.
If you see a playback error please ensure the video's privacy is saved as Public or Unlisted.
Use The Correct Share Path
- Go to your YouTube video and click on the "Share" button
- Within the share window, copy the highlighted URL path. This will ensure you're using the correct URL

Unlisted videos
Unlisted videos and playlists can be seen and shared by anyone with the link. Your unlisted videos won’t appear in the Videos tab of your YouTube channel's homepage. They won't show up in YouTube's search results unless someone adds your unlisted video to a public playlist.
You can share an unlisted video's URL.

Change video privacy settings
- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- From the left menu, select Content.
- Point to the video you'd like to update. To see your live uploads, select the Live tab.
- Click the down arrow under "Visibility" and choose Public, Private, or Unlisted.
- Save.
