Retroactive Certifications: Recognizing Past Learning Achievements

We are introducing an exciting new feature that enhances the certificate issuance process! Previously, certificates were only issued to users who completed a learning track after the certification was created. However, we have now made significant improvements to accommodate various scenarios.

With this update, administrators have the power to issue certificates to users who completed the learning track before the certification was even created. This means that if users successfully finish the learning track earlier, they will not miss out on receiving their well-deserved certificate. We aim to ensure that all deserving learners are recognized for their achievements, regardless of when the certification was introduced.

Here is a How to Issue Predated Certifications document.

Aggregating Gamification Points into Company Data

In this new update, we're excited to announce that all gamification points earned by users associated with a primary company throughout the current fiscal year will be intelligently aggregated and displayed as a year-to-date overview in the company data section. Not only that but this aggregated data can now be effortlessly synchronized with CRMs, allowing seamless integration of gamification points into the account information.

By providing admins with a comprehensive view of their partners' performance, gamification points serve as a powerful and reliable indicator of user actions. This feature enhances the ability to gauge user engagement and productivity, making it an invaluable tool for assessing company performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Channel Insights

CAMs will have the option to filter their data by partner companies, providing them with a more comprehensive and streamlined approach to monitoring and managing their partnerships.

The filter by partner company option allows CAMs to delve into the performance of each partner individually. By applying the filter, they can assess specific partner contributions, strengths, and areas for improvement with ease.image (1) 1.png
