Integrating external LMS data into the Allbound system helps customers streamline training, enhance partner performance, increase engagement, gain unified insights, and improve collaboration. Additionally, it enables more efficient and effective management of partner relationships, leading to better business outcomes for both customers and their partners.

Integrating External LMS

To integrate the external LMS we need to authenticate the external system into Allbound.

Authentication to an external LMS is added to the training settings. It is available inside 

 

Allbound Settings →  Certifications → External Training Settings

Upon successful authentication, the system will seamlessly and automatically synchronize pertinent training, certification, and user data from the external Learning Management System (LMS) into Allbound. This integration ensures a seamless flow of information, eliminating the need for manual data transfer or duplicate entry. By effortlessly syncing the relevant data, Allbound becomes a centralized hub where administrators can access comprehensive training and certification records, empowering them to effectively manage and support their users.

 

Synced External Pieces of Training

Through the integration, Allbound will seamlessly synchronize all external pieces of training, ensuring they are readily available within the platform. This synchronized data will be accessible to all administrators, who can view the complete list of training in a table. Additionally, administrators will have the ability to track the progress and completion status of each training for individual users through the "External Training Progress" table. This comprehensive overview empowers administrators to monitor and assess user engagement and progress, facilitating effective training management within Allbound.

Synced External Training Progress Per User

This integration will seamlessly sync all users that are present in Allbound from the Learning Management System (LMS) into the platform, enabling comprehensive tracking of their training progress on each external training. Users will have a clear view of their training progress, allowing them to monitor their development and stay informed about their current status. Administrators, on the other hand, will gain valuable insights into the training readiness of their partner network. They can easily identify which partners have completed the necessary pieces of training and certifications, ensuring that their partners are appropriately trained and equipped. This comprehensive visibility empowers both users and administrators with the information needed to make informed decisions and drive effective training strategies within the organization.

Synced External Certifications

The integration will synchronize all certifications available on the Learning Management System (LMS) and present them in a comprehensive table. This table will be accessible to administrators, who can leverage the synced certifications to gain valuable insights. Administrators will have the ability to view a consolidated list of users who have completed the certifications, conveniently displayed in the "Issued Certifications" table. This streamlined process empowers administrators to track and monitor certification completion across all users efficiently.

Synced Issued Certifications 

The integration will synchronize all completed certifications from users into the table. This table will include the user's name, their affiliated partner company, and the specific certification they have completed. In addition, if the external Learning Management System (LMS) provides a certificate link, it will be accessible to users within the table.
