Best Practices
External to Allbound
- Send emails to your pilot partners:
- Send an instructional "Welcome" email to your pilot partner companies introducing them to your Allbound portal link
- Example:

Subject Line: We've Launched Our Partner Portal!
Message Body: Hi team (partner company name,) We're excited to introduce you to our new partner portal! Please click on (your portal's link) to access. From the landing page, click on "Request an Account" to register. You'll receive email prompts to create your account. Once your account has been created, log in and take a look around. If you need assistance, please reach out to us.

Subject Line: We've Launched Our Partner Portal!
Message Body: Hi team (partner company name,) We're excited to announce that we've launched our new partner portal! With this easy-to-use portal, you'll be able to register deals, complete training material and become certified, submit MDF (marketing development funds) requests, and get directly paid via SPIFFS and commissions. To get started, please click on (your portal's link)! If you need assistance, please reach out to us.
Internal to Allbound
- Create a short "welcome" video:
- Ask your company's employees to record a personal "welcome" video for your partner users. (Examples of points of contact: CEO, Implementation Champion [who advocated for using Allbound,] Marketing team, etc.) This "welcome" video can be of your team introducing themselves or it can highlight the main features of the portal
- Upload the video as an asset to a piece of content in Allbound. Highlight this piece of content in the Content & Resources repository and set the piece's priority as "1" to ensure it is displayed front and center to your partner users
- Attach this video link to the Allbound minimal dashboard as a Hero Image, Quick Link, and/or a Call to Action button
- Ask your company's employees to record a personal "welcome" video for your partner users. (Examples of points of contact: CEO, Implementation Champion [who advocated for using Allbound,] Marketing team, etc.) This "welcome" video can be of your team introducing themselves or it can highlight the main features of the portal
- Create a "welcome" Playbook:
- As an Allbound Administrator user, you may create a "welcome" Playbook. This Playbook can house individual pieces of content that highlight important portal features and/or the advantages/benefits of the portal
- Create a "welcome" Learning Track:
- As an Allbound Administrator user, you may create a "welcome"/"How to Use the Portal" Learning Track. This Learning Track does not have to have a quiz attached. The individual pieces of content can be titled by steps, for example: Step 1: Complete your Profile, Step 2: Register a Deal, Step 3: How to Co-Brand, etc.
- Schedule a Partner Portal Kick-Off Meeting:
- If you anticipate introducing the portal to numerous new partner companies, we recommend scheduling a meeting with them to demonstrate and introduce them to the importance of the portal
- Create a "Welcome to the Portal" Hero Image, Quick Link, and/or Call to Action button
- Create a "Welcome to the Portal" Partner Journey Automation workflow to easily direct your new partner users
- Create a User Has > Registered workflow
- Create a User Has > Logged In workflow
- Download our Welcome Pack and tailor the verbiage
