Purpose
This article informs Allbound partner users how to interact with pieces of content in the partner portal.
Introduction
An integral part of your portal journey is consuming, sharing, and downloading content. You may use the search bar located in the top toolbar of the portal to search for a piece of content's title and/or keywords within its description box.
Components of a Piece of Content By Repository
Content & Resources Repository
*Note: your parent company may have re-named the "Content & Resources" repository to something else. If you have questions, contact them to find this section
Login to the Allbound platform and then from the dashboard, with your mouse, hover over the left-hand navigation panel and then click on the "Content & Resources" tab
Within this repository, each individual piece of content displays as a tile. Each tile shows various settings via icons and/or banners. See below outlined image:
A. Featured Image/Content Thumbnail
B. Co-Brand flag: this flag indicates that this piece of content is co-brandable
C. Content Title
D. Content Filters/Tags
E. Quick-View Icon: click this eyeball icon to quickly view the attached asset for this piece of content
F. Heart Icon: click this icon to "like" a piece of content
G. Pushpin Icon: click this icon to "pin" a piece of content to your dashboard page
H. Share Icon: click this icon to quickly share this piece of content via email and/or social media
I. Gold Trophy Icon: with your mouse, hover over this icon to see how many points you can earn by interacting with this piece of content
When you click into a piece of content's tile, you will see more information as outlined in the below image:
A. Content Title
B. Content Description Box
C. Heart Icon: click this icon to "like" a piece of content. The number next to the heart shows how many other portal users have liked this piece of content
D. Pushpin Icon: click this icon to "pin" a piece of content to your dashboard page. The number next to the pushpin shows how many other portal users have pinned this piece of content
E. Gold Trophy Icon: click this icon to see how many points you can earn by interacting with this piece of content
F. Featured Image/Content Thumbnail
G. Asset Icon: designates which type of asset is attached (doc, mov, pdf, etc.)
H. "View Now" button: click here to view the attached asset for this piece of content
I. "+ Playbook" button: add this piece of content to Playbook
J. "Co-Brand" button: click here to co-brand this piece of content
K. "Share" button: click here to share this piece of content via email and/or social media
L. Content Filters/Tags
Training & Pre-Sales Repository
*Note: your parent company may have re-named the "Training & Pre-Sales" repository to something else. If you have questions, contact them to find this section
Login to the Allbound platform and then from the dashboard, with your mouse, hover over the left-hand navigation panel and then click on the "Training & Pre-Sales" tab
Within this repository, by default, there are two sections: Learning Tracks and Training & Pre-Sales. Each piece of content displays as a tile. Each tile shows various settings via icons and/or banners.
Learning Track Content Tile
Learning Tracks will display towards the top of the "Training & Pre-Sales" repository. See below outlined image for a Learning Track tile:

B. Learning Track Completion Percentage Gauge
C. Learning Track Title
D. Learning Track filter
E. Heart Icon: click this icon to "like" this Learning Track
F. Pushpin Icon: click this icon to "pin" this Learning Track to your dashboard page
G. Gold Trophy Icon: with your mouse, hover over this icon to see how many points you can earn by interacting with this Learning Track

Training & Pre-Sales Content Tile
A piece of Training & Pre-Sales content is exactly the same as a piece of content from the Content & Resources repository.
Playbooks Repository
