Accessing the Training Progress Table
- Navigate to the Training and Pre-Sales navigation tab.
- Select the 'Training Progress' tab to view the new table.
- Filter Options: You can filter the table by clicking on the Filters button and the filter options are

- Status
- Completed Date
- Company
- Search: You can search by Training across the table.
- Export: You can export the table with the filter and search criteria in a CSV format.
Consolidated View of Training Progress Per Company
This view provides an admin a consolidated view of how each company is performing on the level of each training.
It also provides them the total number of users who have completed the training and also users that are in progress of completing the training.
On clicking of the number the table shows the details of the users in that section.

It provides them the number of companies that have users who have completed the training, users that are in progress of completing the training, total number of users who have completed the training.
It also provides avg time of completion of the training giving the admin the indication of the length of the training.
The quiz success is an important metric that helps the customer understand if the quiz attached is something that is fairly easy to complete or difficult.

- We've changed our approach to calculating training progress, focusing now on genuine user engagement within each learning track. Now, only when a content is viewed from inside the learning track would it be attributed to the learning track. Previously, a content viewed from anywhere in the application if attached to a learning track would be attributed to its completion.

- Progress was tracked based on content views, irrespective of whether they were part of a learning track or incidental views within the application.
- This led to potential confusion, as users might see a progress indicator at 99%, despite not actively engaging with the training.

Tailored access ensures that System Admins, User Admins, Partner Executives, Partner Managers, and Sales Users all get a view that's relevant to their roles and needs.
- Full Access for System and User Admins: Administrators, both System and User, are granted unrestricted access to view the status of all training programs for every user within the portal, providing a holistic view of organizational training activities.
- Targeted Visibility for Partner Executives and Managers: Access for Partner Executives and Partner Managers is tailored specifically to their needs. They can view training details exclusively for users within their primary company, ensuring focused and relevant oversight.
- Personalized Tracking for Sales Users: Sales Users are empowered to monitor their training journey. They can view all their in-progress and completed training directly within the training progress table, facilitating self-directed learning and progress tracking.
