Purpose
This article will help guide you as an Allbound Administrator users on which Learning Tracks to create to help onboard your brand-new partner users within the portal.
Introduction
A Learning Track is a collection of similar-themed individual pieces of content combined into one module. They are used to train and onboard your partner users about your company and your product solution.
Learning Tracks should accomplish these goals:
- Introduce and onboard your new partner users
- Guide partners with training(s) and other resources to help them grow and evolve within your company
- Offer unique and specialized content to the distinct needs of your different partner types and/or user Groups
- Include brief Quizzes to ensure retention of information
- Learn How to Create Quizzes
All of your Learning Tracks are housed within the "Training & Presales" repository in your portal.
A Portal Tour Learning Track
The first type of Learning Track you can build out is a portal tour. Your team can create and upload screenshare videos to educate your partner users on how to navigate the portal and find your information. See below screenshot for an example of how to format this Learning Track:
A Product Training Learning Track
Another type of Learning Track you can build out is for product training. Your team can create and upload product information in the form of videos, .pdfs, images, web links, etc. to educate your partner users on your specific product(s.) For this type of Learning Track, we recommend attaching a quiz for knowledge retention. See below screenshot for an example of how to format this Learning Track:
A Getting Started with (Your Company Name) Learning Track
Another type of Learning Track you can build out is for getting started with your company. Your team can create and upload important company information in the form of videos, .pdfs, images, web links, etc. to educate your partner users on your company. A Certification Learning Track
Another type of Learning Track you can build out is for certification issuance. Your team can create and upload required training/certification information in the form of videos, .pdfs, images, web links, etc. to educate your partner users on your company. For this type of Learning Track, we recommend attaching a quiz for knowledge retention. See below screenshot for an example of how to format this Learning Track:
A Training Learning Track for Your Different Partner Types
You can always create different Learning Tracks based on specific partner types; especially if you have Dynamically or Statically Grouped said partner type users together. Your team can create and upload information in the form of videos, .pdfs, images, web links, etc. to educate your partner users. Examples include: one Learning Track for your reseller partner companies, one Learning Track for your referral parter companies, one Learning Track for your technology partner companies, etc.
