Certifications

CAM View for Certifications

The CAM (Channel Account Manager) view for certifications has been enhanced. Now, when a CAM views issued certifications, they can see all issued and expired certifications of users from the companies they manage.

This improvement allows CAMs to effectively manage their managed companies' training and certification status.

Save as Draft

Previously, when creating a certification, the admin had to ensure that all form fields were correctly filled before clicking "Save." This process was problematic as some fields might need changed after the certification was created and editing a certification is not supported.

Now, we have introduced a "Save as Draft" function for certifications. This feature allows the admin to make unlimited changes while the certification has Draft status,  offering greater flexibility and ample time to review the certification before saving and making it active for users.

Training Progress

CAM View for Training Progress

We have also enhanced the CAM view for training progress. Now, when a CAM views Training Progress, they can see the progress of all the users in the companies they manage. This enhancement provides CAMs with a comprehensive view of the training progress of their managed companies, helping them monitor and support their users more effectively.

When a CAM accesses the training progress, they will have the view of the Users tab. This view provides detailed information on the training progress of each user within their managed companies.

This improvement allows CAMs to effectively manage their companies' training and certification status, ensuring that all users are progressing as expected and identifying any areas where additional support may be needed.

Partner Journey Automation

PJA Support for Multi-Tier Distribution 2nd Partner Users

For portals with Multi-Tier Distribution (aka multi-partner attribution or two-tier distribution or MTD), we've enhanced Partner Journey Automation to fully support filtering on and sending email notifications to the 2nd Partner user.

Previously, for portals with MTD enabled, PJA supported filtering on and using email merge tags for the fields of the following objects:

  • Deal
  • Deal Owner
  • Deal Owner Primary Company
  • 2nd Partner Company (for example, if your 2nd partner was labeled Distributor then you would see Distributor Company fields available).

Now, in addition to the above objects, we also support filtering on and using email merge tags for:

  • 2nd Partner User (for example, Distributor User fields).

For example, the screenshot below shows PJA trigger filters for a portal where the 2nd partner Display Label is 'Distributor'. The 'Deal Distributor User' fields available for filtering on the Registered a deal trigger.  MTD PJA 2nd Partner User Filter.png

The screenshot below shows that you can now send to the 2nd Partner user assigned to the deal using the 'Distributor User Email' merge tag.
