Partner Journey Automation

PJA Categories

Partner Journey Automation (PJA) workflows can be created for any combination of triggers and actions. If you have a global channel program, you may have created multiple workflow for each trigger, one for each language supported by your regional teams. One challenge is managing and organizing PJA workflows based on workflow name alone.

To overcome this challenge, we've added a new 'Category' field to PJA workflows. This allows System Admins to categorize each workflow into whatever category they choose. You may define your categories based on trigger (such as Deal Reg, MDF, or Certifications) or language (such as English, French, Spanish) or any other categorization that works best for your channel program.

Creating and Assigning a Category

To create a PJA Category, first create a new workflow or edit an existing workflow:

  1. Within the workflow page, a new field titled "Category" is displayed.
  2. To add a new category, scroll to the bottom of the list and click Add Category
  3. To assign a category to the workflow, select a category from the dropdown list.

Training and Certifications

Expiration Settings on Certifications

We have enhanced the expiration of certifications.

Now when a certificate is marked as expired for a user, the associated learning tracks would also be expired.

The user can now complete those learning tracks to re-fetch the certification.

Along with this, we have added a feature to add expiration settings on certifications. In these settings, an admin can choose how long before the actual expiration of the certification a notification should be sent to the user to re-complete the training associated so that the user does not lose the certification.

If a user chooses 2 weeks, in the settings, a. notification would be sent to the user and their manager that the certification is about to expire 2 weeks before the certificate expires.

The user will also see an orange info icon on the issued certifications page beside the certified tag, this info icon mentions that the certification is about to expire.

Along with this, the learning tracks associated would also be marked expired for the user and they can complete it and on re-completion, a fresh certificate would be issued to the user.

PDF Downloadable Certifications

We have added PDF downloadable certifications.

When a user creates a certificate, the badge uploaded will be visible in the pdf certificate design as shown below.

Users can now download PDF versions of their certificates, which would also include a badge image.

The user can also download just the badge image for sharing on their emails or their profile.

The certificate shows the name of the user, the company the user is part of, the issuing organization, the issue date, and the badge.

Manual Expiration of Completed Learning Tracks

Previously, when a learning track was completed by a user, the completion was marked in perpetuity. This created an issue as there was no way to force the users to complete it again after a period of time i.e. after 1 year.

We have enhanced the training progress table to include the Expire functionality for learning tracks that have been completed.

As an admin, you can select a list of learning tracks that are completed, and click on Expire, this would open a Modal for confirmation. Once confirmed the learning tracks would be marked as expired for the users and now the content in the learning tracks would be re-opened for completion with 0%.

The users can go through the content and the quiz attached, once they are completed, the learning track would be marked as completed again.

Additional Enhancements

Playbook Content

We've enhanced Content within Playbooks to make it easier to navigate back to the parent playbook. Now, when a piece of content is located within a playbook, the parent playbook is displayed as a link directly above the Content Title.

To navigate back to the playbook, simply click on the parent playbook title.
