Widgets Defined

Most Popular Content

The Most Popular Content widget displays the top eight pieces of content by engagement activities over the last 90 days. The list of content is dynamic based on your content visibility rules, i.e. your partners only see content that they have access to on the list.

Classic Dashboard Theme: Appears on the left at the very bottom of the dashboard. If the New Content widget is also active, these two widgets are tabbed in the same widget window

Minimal Dashboard Theme: Appears at the very bottom of the dashboard. If the New Content widget is also active, these two widgets are tabbed in the same widget window

New Content

The New Content widget displays the most recently published eight pieces of content. The order is based on the "Published On" date, so if this date has been manually set/changed, it will affect the order of content in the widget. The list of content is dynamic based on your content visibility rules, i.e. your partners only see content that they have access to on the list.

Classic Dashboard Theme: Appears on the left at the very bottom of the dashboard. If the Most Popular Content widget is also active, these two widgets are tabbed in the same widget window

Minimal Dashboard Theme: Appears at the very bottom of the dashboard. If the Most Popular Content widget is also active, these two widgets are tabbed in the same widget window

Most Recently Viewed Content

The Most Recently Viewed widget displays a user's most recently viewed eight pieces of content. The order is based on the date which the user viewed the content. The list of content is dynamic based on your content visibility rules, i.e. your partners only see content that they have access to on the list.

Classic Dashboard Theme: Appears on the left at the very bottom of the dashboard. If the Most Popular Content and the New Content widget are also active, these three widgets are tabbed in the same widget window

Minimal Dashboard Theme: Appears at the very bottom of the dashboard. If the Most Popular Content and the New Content widget are also active, these three widgets are tabbed in the same widget window

Channel Manager Visibility

The Channel Manager Visibility widget uses your portal's Company Association and User Role settings to display the Account Manager to your partner. This allows partners to easily access their main point of contact and their contact information, including an appointment booking link.

Classic Dashboard Theme: Appears on the left, below the Dashboard Buttons

Minimal Dashboard Theme: Appears at the bottom of the Quick Links menu

Calendar Events

The Calendar Events widget displays the next four events base on the content of the Calendar/Events section of your portal. The widget will display the name, summarized description and dates. Your partners can click directly into the event for more details and information. The list of events is dynamic based on your content visibility rules, i.e. your partners only see events that they have access to on the list.

Classic Dashboard Theme: Appears on the right, below the Dashboard Buttons, above My Pins

Minimal Dashboard Theme: Appears below the Dashboard Buttons, above My Pins
