Purpose

This article shows Allbound Administrator users how to enable the Co-Branding feature to a specific piece of content within the Allbound platform.

Introduction

Your partners' ability to feature your brand with their own is crucial to building trust and value with their prospects. However, creating those materials can also be a time-consuming and repetitive task.

Allbound's Co-Branding tool allows you, as administrator users, to assign the ability for your partners to add their own company logo and value proposition to specific documents and download them directly to their device.

This setting is applied on a per-piece basis so you can define which pieces can and cannot be co-branded by your partners.

The ability to co-brand a document is available for all content sections and on PDF, JPEG and PNG documents.

Instructions

*Note: Only Allbound Administrator users with the Content and/or System Settings permission(s) enabled by activate co-branding on a piece of content

1. Login to the Allbound platform

2. Click on the Settings Gear icon in the top toolbar and then click "Content"

*Note: your portal users will only be able to co-brand the main asset of a piece of content; users cannot co-brand any supporting assets for a piece of content
