Purpose

This article outlines how to use Allbound's Co-Branding feature. Also listed are our recommended best practices/tips and frequently asked questions.

Introduction

The Co-Branding tool allows you to apply your company logo and value proposition to designated content in the Allbound platform and download it directly to your computer.

This feature is not available on every piece of content, but content that can be co-branded is indicated with a green flag on the upper right of the featured image/thumbnail. Learn How to Enable Co-Branding for Your Partners.

The Co-Branding Editor Panel

The resource associated with this piece of content will launch in the editor panel. You can toggle through the pages, and there are a couple of options when it comes to how you can adjust the document.

  • Upload a logo directly into the editor and/or use the logo currently on record for your company
  • Add your logo to all pages of a multi-page document
  • Add your logo to an area of white space
  • Add your company value proposition
  • Adjust the font, size, colors and other features of the value proposition
  • Add a grid and adjust grid size to allow for 'snap-to-grid' functionality and align your logo with other document elements

*Note: Partner users will not be able to edit the existing document; they cannot edit the text, images, etc. Partner users only have the ability to add to the document

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.   How can I troubleshoot if the green Co-Brand flag is not showing for pieces of co-brandable content?

A.   A piece of co-brandable content must have an asset attached to it. Otherwise, the flag will not show.

Q.   Can we add Co-Brand pieces of content to Prospect Pages?

A.   Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot add co-brand pieces of content to Prospect Pages. Co-Branding is completed only in Allbound. Once a partner user adds their assets (logo, text, etc.) to your piece of co-brandable content, they can download and save it directly to their personal computer. The best practice is to add a link (perhaps Google Drive) to the description box within Prospect Pages so the prospect may view and download the co-branded content that your partner created.

Q.   Can we add different fonts for Co-Branding?

A.   Please open a support ticket for this request

Q.   If we use website links for content to solve for version control, are those resources Co-Brandable?

A.   Not at this time. Co-branding can only be used when the attached asset is a .PDF, .PNG or .JPEG stored in the Allbound media library.
