How to Upload a Parter Company Logo and/or a Secondary Logo to the Allbound Portal

Purpose

This article instructs Allbound Administrator users how to upload a secondary and/or a partner logo within the Allbound platform. Also listed are our frequently asked questions.

 

Introduction

The space to the left of the three people icon on your partner user’s Allbound profile can be customized with either the partner company's logo or a different image to fit your portal's branding guidelines and needs.

There are three ways to customize this space:

  1. Continue to leave it blank
  2. Dynamically populate this image with your CRM integration
  3. Manually upload a static and/or .gif image

 

1. Leaving this Space Blank

If you choose to leave this space blank, no image will display at all.

 

2. Where and How to Dynamically Populate this Image from your CRM Integration

The Allbound portal can use the partner company logo that is uploaded to the Company Admin. form. The logo is dynamically populated to the left of the three-people icon.

 

Instructions

 

1. Click on the Settings Gear icon in the top toolbar and then click "Account Settings"

2. Within the General tab, scroll down to the "Display Options" category

3. Click the checkbox for the "show partner logo in place of secondary logo" field

4. Click the "Save" button in the top right-hand corner to save your changes

 

3. Where and How to Upload a Static Image

In the case of not wanting to display the integrated partner’s logo from the Company Admin. form, you may have a secondary static logo display instead.

 

Instructions

 

1. Click on the Settings Gear icon in the top toolbar and then click "Account Settings"

2. Within the General tab, scroll down to the Display Options category

3. Uncheck the checkbox for the "show partner logo in place of secondary logo" field

4. Click the "Upload" button next to the Secondary Logo box

4a. This will open a modal Upload Media window. You can either add an existing file by clicking on the Media Library tab or add a new image from your computer via drag-and-drop or click Select File to choose an image from your computer storage

5. Once you select or upload your secondary image, click the Select button in the bottom right

6. Click the Update Settings button to save

Display the User's Company Logo

The system uses the logo that is uploaded and saved to the user's primary company record and is dynamically populated based on the user logged into the platform. 

  1. Navigate to your profile dropdown and click on Allbound Settings
  2. Click on the System Settings tile
  3. Click the General tab on the left
  4. Click the checkbox where it asks if you want to "Show Partner Logo in Place of Secondary Logo" 
  5. Click Update Settings to save

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.   What happens if you have a secondary logo uploaded into the system and have the partner logo checked? 

A.   The partner logo will override the secondary logo and the partner logo will display in its place.

Q.   What happens if I have the partner logo checked but I do not have a partner logo on the company record? 

A.   Nothing will display and will remain blank.
