This article is to understand Zoho Integration.
Users in Allbound belong to Accounts in Zoho.
All users must Self-Register in Allbound and are placed in the appropriate company based on white-listed domains (or manual assignment).
When a User self-registers, after email verification;
The Allbound Integration will send the details from the User Registration Form to Zoho, along with the details on what Partner Account they should belong to in Zoho.
If the Contact does not exist in Zoho under specified Partner Account;
The Allbound Integration will create a new Contact under the appropriate Partner Company
If the Contact does exist in Zoho under specified Partner Account;
The Allbound Integration will update and sync to the existing contact.
