Reference Guide to Allbound Accepted File Types

Purpose

This article lists the current files types that are accepted within the Allbound platform.

 

*Note: the file size limit is 256 MB per file

Best Practices/Tips

  • To successfully upload your files into Allbound, follow these best practices:
    • For security reasons, we do not support HTML files, but they can be zipped-up and uploaded that way as Zip file.
    • For files larger than 256MB, we recommend using Zip files.
    • At this time, we unfortunately do not accept SCORM files or .mkv video files.
    • Learn which Images Sizes are accepted into the Allbound platform.
