Purpose
This article instructs Allbound Administrator users how to open a support ticket to the Allbound Support team directly from your portal.

*Note: only our customers, Allbound Administrator users, may open a ticket. Partner users cannot submit support tickets to our team
1. Login to the Allbound platform
2. With your mouse, click on your circular user profile icon, and then click on “Support Ticket”
