Purpose
This article will instruct Allbound Administrator users how to change specific word(s) and/or phrase(s) that do not translate perfectly with the default translations. Also listed are our frequently asked questions.
How to Edit Translations in the Allbound Platform:
1. Login to the Allbound platform
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and then from the drop-down menu, select your desired language. The site will automatically refresh with your selected language translation
3. Scroll back down to the bottom of the page and then click the "Edit Translation" checkbox (outlined by red rectangle)
4. Once you find the word and/or phrase you would like to edit on the page, click the orange icon next to it, (outlined by red rectangles)
5. Edit the word/phrase in the bottom box. When finished, click on the check mark icon (outlined by red rectangle) to save your changes
6. Click the "X" icon to close this pop-up window (outlined by red rectangle)
7. When you are finished editing your translations, scroll back to the bottom of the page to uncheck the "Edit Translation" box (outlined by red rectangle)
*Note: when you have edited a translation with the above instructions, the orange icon(s) will turn green to indicate that you have made changes (outlined by red rectangle)

A. Original Text: shows original text in English
B. Translate To Text: here is where you can edit the translation
C. Left Arrow icon: click here to edit the translation for the previous word/phrase
D. Magnifying Glass icon: click here to find other instances of this word on the same page to translate
E. Right Arrow icon: click here to edit the translation for the next word/phrase
F. Clipboard icon: click here to view the translation history for this word/phrase
G. Keyboard icon: click here to view the keyboard for this specific language
H. Search Engine icons: click either of these icons to automatically translate your content using these engines; this can provide you with a starting point that you can then edit and customize as needed
I. Checkmark icon: click here to save your editing changes
